    IMO with so many new different platforms to contend with , how can engineers and support be able to really dedicate the amount of time to any specific platform to becoming an expert on it to provide quality support for the products.

    Well end of the day it's their job they have to support that’s what they are paid for at the same time it's not only one engineer who does all this job, every engineer has his job to do.....

    I have seen your post that you have IM508 can you please tell us how good it is.......

     I quite agree with you. Too many platforms. I was forced to dispense with my MD802 (All Systems) recently because it's been neglected by Autel.
